Job Description

  ** Job purpose (overall)
  • To create demand for Weber products and solutions in Cambodia market
  • To pull sales of Weber products through helping distributors to win key projects.
  • To develop sales of Weber’s technical products and solutions

** The Nature / Scope of the job (accountabilities):
  • To identify and visit potential targeted developers, contractors and architects on a regular basis.
  • To promote Weber product solutions in the construction market and convince customers to accept our products through technical demonstration at job site and office presentation to groups of engineers/architects/project manager.
  • To approach and introduce key construction projects to distributors with technical support to win the projects.
  • To well coordinate between project customers and distributors and follow up both party on a timely manner.
  • To train distributors sales team frequently so that they can promote Weber solutions and deal with customers professionally.
  • To keep updated and collect necessary market info regarding distributors, competitors, customers, market situation, construction and industry news update.

** EHS
  • To get trained on EHS rules and regulations of SG when required;
  • To respect and follow the EHS rules and regulations of the company when working for the company inside and outside the company.

Job Requirements

  ** Working Links:
  • Internal product and technical, marketing, R&D department
  • External distributors, architects, developers, consultant, contractors, dealers

** Decision making authorities:
  • Propose Weber solutions to customers

** Knowledge / skills required (to perform the job):
  • Knowledgeable in building construction process
  • Technical and consultative sales skills
  • Knowledgeable in Weber solutions
  • Very good coordination, communication, interpersonal skills

** Experience required (to perform the job):
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience of high end products in construction business
  • Experience with professional working environment and international companies
  • Experience in dealing with key contact persons, big projects and foreign customers

** Qualifications / Certificates / Licenses
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or Architect
  • Technically and commercially oriented person 
  • Self-motivated person with proactive attitude and a lot of initiative
  • Independent and good problem solving skills with creativity 
  • Positive thinking and willing to learn new things and skills
