• Set operations system and SOPs for all departments
• Staff recruitment
• Ensure consistency in service standards
• Set quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly business plans, sales plan, projected costing and budget plan
• Implement short and long term strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct sales training, assess sales team’s strengths and weaknesses to develop weaknesses into strengths through mentoring program
• Ensure all departments targets and KPIs are met 
• Submission of weekly business progress reports (post-meeting with sales agents)
• Provide marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to expand customer base and increase sales volume 
• Conduct regular market and product trend analysis
• Ensure brand DNA consistency throughout the entire company
