Job Description

•  Checking on existing customers and prospecting for new customers
•  Build relationship with customers
•  Prepare sales action plans and strategies to archive the targets
•  Make sales calls to new and existing customers
•  Organizing, planning & coordinating the marketing function.
•  Recruitment of agents, conducting training on products knowledge, processes and selling skills among others.
•  Customer Service and Debt Collection by ensuring high customer service standards are maintained.

Job Requirements

•  University degree in Sale & Marketing.
•  Have a minimum 1 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the insurance industry.
•  Possess leadership skill and ability to work with diverse teams.
•  English and Khmer writing skill is a must.
