Job Description

 
  • To lead coordinate effective management finance general administration functions Finance department.
  • To manage aspects accounting, procurement regular audit the organization.
  • Develop/institutionalize strong internal control mechanism (financial administrative systems) the
  • organization.
  • Leading process developing realistic annual budget making sure that it includes enough income cover planned expenditure.
  • To develop financial guideline procedures NGOCRC’s Office ensure finance staff appraisal done timely basis.
  • Implementing financing strategy approved by Executive Director.
  • Regularly forecasting cash flow on work plan by program, making sure that parts the organization have enough cash pay their and advising management investing cash reserves.
  • Lead finance team preparation bank reconciliations all bank accounts present to Executive Director/Chairman approval.
  • Ensuring account transactions posted into Quick books
  • Lead finance team preparations support documents e.g time sheets, contracts, vouchers then preparing financial reports liaison NGOCRC’s Office ensure that financial reporting deadlines met.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and donors that related to accounting and financial issues as well.
  • Lead guide Finance team financial rule/regulations.
  • Provide good financial services and be able to deal the issues of finance and administration task smoothly with all staff.
  • Responsible to ensure the receipts, invoices, supporting documents and vouchers are correctly filled into sufficient/accurate information for proper accounting transactions.
  • Lead guide Admin staff procurement, financial manual, rule regulations.
  • Ensure that regular financial statements are produced so that the Executive Director and the Board of Director have adequate information or decision-making.
  • Review payroll salary of NGOCRC staff.
  • Act certifying officer be part office banking signatory panel.
  • Responsible to staff Contract and Office Contract.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Executive Director.

Job Requirements

 

  • University Degree or evidences of advanced study in Accounting, Finance, Management of other related area
  • Minimum 5 years of budgeting, finance, accounting and administration works.
  • Experience in project or program budgeting, financial management and be able to check and monitor budget spending as well as doing financial reports with respected deadline.
  • Experience in monitoring project and program expenditures against project budget plans and multi-projects financial management.
  • Problem-solving related to partner contacts regarding audit reports.
  • Demonstrate experience to manage and operate Accounting System-Quick Book is preferable.
  • Experience in working for NGOs
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize, and handle multiple task simultaneously.
  • Do not have any history of child abuse and SAY NO TO CHILD ABUSE
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks).
  • English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
